HISTORY OF ROYAL SECURITIES EXCHANGE OF BHUTAN
The Royal Securities Exchange of Bhutan Ltd.(RSEBL) was established in 1993 by the Royal Government of Bhutan under the Technical Assistance from the Asian Development Bank as non profit making organization. It was incorporated under the Companies Act of the Kingdom of Bhutan and regulated by both the Financial Institutions Act and the Companies Act. The Exchange is owned by Four Brokerage Firms ( BOB Securities Ltd., BNB Securities Ltd., Drook Securities Ltd. and RICB Securities Ltd.)
